Our South Australian operation opened in 2005, and we now service more than 80 clients across 100-plus sites. In addition to our Adelaide office, TJS has locations in Kanmantoo, Gawler, Port August, Whyalla and others.
Our lead personnel have been in the industry for more than 25 years, part of the reason our South Australian office boasts strong client relationships, local knowledge, and an understanding of clients' needs and delivering on their expectations.

With 15 years experience in Asset & Facility Management Richard manages the South Australian office’s operations, strategy and new business development. He is a key contact for client liaison and leads our monthly and annual contract reviews, including quality, cost, people and strategic areas. Richard also oversees mobilisation of new and existing sites.
Gerrard is our key business development and client liaison manager and has been integral to our South Australian operations since they began. In addition to his commitment to client relationships he also plays a large role in human resources, training and support, and mobilising sites for works to begin.
Phil arrived to the business with a wealth of experience, having worked as a Facilities/Operations Manager in retail and commercial property management since 1999 in both Australia and the UK. Phil also manages the operations for our sister company, Yaanma in SA and NT.
